Procurement Business operations expert (Content enablement)

This role will be part of the global sourcing operations group in the procurement pillar. To be based of work located at Skillman, US Or Bogota. Reporting directly to Global Procurement Sourcing Operations Director

What You Will Do?

As the procurement business operations content enamblement expert -, you will report to and support the Global procurement enablement team in shaping, optimizing, and implementing a streamlined and efficient buying channel process within eMarketplace, while supporting various continuous improvement initiatives via culminated business insights and voice-of-customer to transform and optimize our 3 E’s: efficiency, effectiveness, and experience.

The Business operations content enamblement expert will operate in a matrix organization and will be responsible for identifying, developing, and directing the implementation of Procurement goals and strategy leveraging global standards and best practices.

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality content that supports our procurement function. This includes creating materials that educate internal stakeholders, guide suppliers through our processes, and effectively communicate our procurement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and other content related to procurement policies, procedures, and systems.

  • Develop and implement strategies to standardize and rationalize procurement content across various platforms and systems.

  • Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement within the sourcing operations model.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement and other departments to develop and implement updates to the model.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all buying channels used by the organization

  • Manage and maintain the procurement knowledge base, keeping it up-to-date and accessible.

  • Develop and deliver region and/or category specific content enablement strategy and framework training to support buying channel utilization.

  • Provide global external Source-to-Settle content enablement by ensuring a robust

  • Work with key partners to identify business requirements to drive content management system changes that support best practices and best in class customer experience.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through performance evaluations, tool reviews, usability studies, and other trends.

  • Monitor operational performance of efficient buying channel activation and ensure it is provided to business content owners for accountability so they can ensure performance expectations are met.

  • Develop and Maintain content related to procurement processes, policies, help cards and best practices documentation.

  • Deliver Supplier enablement processes including the following:

ü Vendor Registration to Procurement tools

ü Catalog Management

ü Contract Content Enablement

ü Implement enablement best practices specific procurement operations strategy

  • Identify synergies & drive complex content enablement projects and initiatives.

  • Manage and update content on the procurement internal portal.

  • Partner with the procurement teams to translate complex processes into easy-to-understand content.

  • Ensure documentation is readable available and easily accessible to internal users.

  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure the latest content materials of new tools.

  • Develop and maintain accurate and informative category cards within the procurement system.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree preferred

  • 5 years business experience in Procurement, or other related experience

  • Ability to reinforce a culture oriented on customer experience and focused on continuous improvement while building customer-centric repeatable and sustainable processes

  • Content management experience.

  • Developing or leveraging governance structures.

  • Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and virtual environment.

  • Self-starter with strong business insight, innovative thinking, planning, and analytical skills required.

  • Strong ability to articulate recommendations, support a business case, and influence change, while demonstrating a clear value proposition regarding customer experience

  • Expertise using analytics to diagnose situations and build business cases for global solutions. Ability to report, analyze, and build action plans with data/metrics required

  • Experience working with multi-functional project teams, and a real passion for optimizing user experience

  • Ability to work in a global environment across cultures/countries in a highly complex environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio strongly preferred.

  • A consistent track record of connecting with internal and external partners, with the ability to build trust and influence decision makers at all levels is required.

  • Ability to focus on local detail with adherence to global standards required.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities

  • Strong presentation skills and can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audiences.

  • Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, in Supply Chain, Finance, marketing,communications or Business related course

  • Experience in Procurement / Marketing / communications in the consumer goods industry

  • Experience with MsOffice, SAP Ariba.

  • Strong executive written or oral communucation skills

  • Strong influencing skills

  • Selfdriven person & Proactive person
