We are searching for the best talent for Global Health Equity - Health Workforce Analyst (Fix Term: 12 months) to be in Bogotá, Colombia

Purpose:

This position supports the global Health Workforce Activation team in the implementation and execution of Global Health Equity (GHE) initiatives in alignment with business needs. This includes (but is not limited to) the GHE Vision Pod therapeutic area efforts, international product donation, project coordination, LATAM engagement, and managing specialized cloud-based software (i.e., GIMS and POWER). The analyst will be responsible for collecting and preparing data, managing databases, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, generating reports and presentations, and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for :

  • Support of GHE social impact programs (grants, disaster relief, other investments) co-created with internal and external partners

  • Execution of donation administration processes and efforts in donation administration systems (Power for product donations and CyberGrants for monetary donations), particularly in support of Vision Pod therapeutic area.

  • Coordination of partnerships with healthcare bodies, professional associations, and non-profit organizations, driving cross-functional collaboration within and external to Johnson & Johnson

  • Collaboration on grant proposal development with potential program leaders, guiding grantees toward rational delivery plans and objective completion.

  • Assistance of potential program leads regarding program budget development and review, working in alignment with healthcare compliance and legal/regulatory requirements

  • Progress tracking of approved proposals for timely execution against agreed-upon timelines and budgets, maintaining accuracy and administration of grantmaking IT system, CyberGrants

  • Analysis of information received from internal and external partners to determine significant performance drivers and obstacles and identification of activities/strategies needed to keep grant programs on track to fulfill agreed-upon deliverables.

  • Programmatic portfolio construction in support of Healthcare Workers across the Americas, providing insights for strategy development, cross-enterprise coordination, change management, implementation, and evaluation for partners and programs.

  • Information sharing and metrics tracking across portfolio of partners, supporting both business units, enterprise planning, communications, and executive reporting.

  • Support of events, including logistics, planning, and execution of partner workshops, site visits, townhall presentations, panel discussions, and others.

  • Generation of reports, data visualization, presentation materials, information pulls, executive communications, and other elements in support of various internal stakeholder requests.

  • Coordination, implementation, and maintenance of plans to operationalize and monitor existing grants’ performance, KPIs tracking & reporting.

  • Review of progress reports submitted by grantees and partnering to ensure completeness and accuracy based on clear definition of success and measurable goals.

  • Development and updating of key programs/processes documentation within appropriate tracking formats and identification of opportunities for improvement/efficiency, elevating actionable recommendations and insights .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, finance, healthcare, etc.)

  • Experience using grant and donation management software (i.e., CyberGrants/GIMs, POWER)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to communicate in written and verbal English at a professional level

  • Capacity to work effectively in a virtual team environment, including relationship building and collaboration across various cultures, levels, functions, and time zones

  • Proven experience in file and database management, development of standard operating procedures with documentation, and programmatic performance tracking/review

  • Excellent customer service skills; Aptitude for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong connection and communication with stakeholders

  • Adaptable and proactive; Able to operate independently in highly matrixed, frequently evolving systems

  • Proficiency in handling multiple daily operational activities in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong problem solving and prioritization skills; Ability to multitask and work independently while handling multiple projects/priorities simultaneously

  • Ability and desire to comply with all relevant laws and policies related to the job and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times

  • Deep understanding of and enthusiasm for social impact work, ESG, global health, health equity, cultural awareness, and Our Credo; Awareness of J&J’s history of achievement in the space and willingness to maintain continuous learning in this domain
