Job Description

• Fully grasp and understand the corporate vision, goals, and strategies.

    * Work with the Software Development Team Lead to prioritize tasks based on the corporate vision, goals, and strategies.

    * Interact directly with the entire user community (from the company president on down) to ensure our business processes and software systems support the corporate vision, goals, and strategies.

    * Collaborate with other team members, including non-developers, while developing software systems.

    * Document all business processes, database schema changes, and code changes.

    * Provide end-user training as required, which may entail traveling to remote office locations.

    * Able to follow prescribed coding standards.

    * In summary, the Developer is also the Project Manager, Designer, Architect, Analyst and Tester.

Pay rate: $65-75/hour

• 5+ years of professional experience.

    * Experience working on corporate/enterprise applications

    * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that provides the skills and knowledge necessary to perform the job
