Billion dollar company is looking for a Sr Corporate Tax Accountant to join their team. You must be a degreed accountant with at least 5 years corporate tax or public accounting compliance and research experience. CPA or Masters in Taxation a big plus. Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and review of the US consolidated corporate income tax returns (federal and state).

• Prepare workpapers which support all tax return line items and rax positions.

• Prepare quarterly income tax estimates.

• Analyze the fixed asset system and reconcile GAAP and Tax Book differences.

• Research and prepare responses for Federal and State Tax audits.

• Must have a minimum of 3 years corporate tax experience.

• Must live in Broward County or Palm Beach County
