We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Dispatch Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and dispatching service technicians, ensuring timely responses to customer requests, and maintaining accurate records of all service activities. If you have excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in service dispatch, customer service, or a related field.

  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems quickly.

  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

  • Basic knowledge of technical service operations is a plus but not required.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to customer sites based on urgency, location, and technician availability.

  • Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service.

  • Maintain and update accurate records of service calls, technician routes, and job status using dispatch software.

  • Manage and prioritize incoming service requests via phone, email, or online platforms.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates on job status and responding to inquiries.

  • Collaborate with the service team to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure quality and address any additional needs.

  • Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance and regular service appointments.
