Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper based in Boca Raton, Florida. In this position, you will be responsible for handling both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) using Sage software. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in various accounting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions utilizing Sage software

• Performing account reconciliations and bank reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensuring data entry tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks and reporting

• Conducting month-end close processes and procedures

• Managing payroll functions to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time

• Utilizing QuickBooks for various accounting and bookkeeping tasks

• Addressing and resolving any issues related to AR and AP

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Assisting with other accounting or bookkeeping tasks as needed

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Sage software

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Skilled in Bank Reconciliations

• Demonstrable knowledge in Bookkeeping

• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
