Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Boca Raton, Florida

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is within the customer service sector and involves collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth office operations and high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and identifying ways to improve our service

• Track all customer engagement points and maintain accurate customer credit records

• Assist in office management tasks to ensure a well-run workplace

• Listen to voicemails and answer customer service phone calls promptly and professionally

• Coordinate with the QA Team and legal team to determine appropriate action on consumer tickets

• Support the tasks of the Executive Support Manager to ensure efficient operations

• Refill coffee supplies and coolers in all suites on a regular basis

• Conduct weekly walkthroughs of suites kitchens and common areas to take inventory of supplies

• Place orders for needed supplies and manage the delivery of consumer replacements

• Handle shipments for remote employee product and manage other monthly duties as required

Skills required include ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Budget Processes, Calendar Management, Communication. Requirements

• Familiarity with scheduling meetings

• Expertise in using Concur for travel and expense management

• Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and data

• Experience with 'About Time' software for effective time management

• Ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently

• Understanding of budget processes and ability to assist in budget preparation and monitoring

• Experience in calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
