Cupertino Electric Project Coordinator in Boardman, Oregon

Location: Boardman, OR

Pay Range: $25-30

Our Energy Division at CEI builds projects from the field to the grid. Whether it’s a solar, battery storage, substation, EV charging, microgrid or converter station project, our skilled project managers, engineers and field employees deliver when it matters most. We are offering this exciting opportunity to join the Distributed Generation Division within our Energy Group supporting complex construction projects, leveraging your Administrative Assistant experience.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Project Manager support; including information flow between office, field, vendors and General Contractors.

  • Coordination of job start and job close.

  • Contract routing.

  • Tracking PM schedule, set-up meetings, travel, catering, etc.

  • Maintaining and updating job files, controlled forms/logs.

Other Functions:

  • Phones, copying, faxing, and scanning.

  • Proposals, bid presentation, pre-qualifications, and change orders.

  • Submittals, RFI's, and RFQ's. WO Processing.

  • Ordering Drawings. Panel schedules.

  • Receptionist fill-in.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma. Some college preferred.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a support role. Construction industry experience highly desired.

  • Intermediate MS Word & Excel.

  • Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills.

  • Critical reasoning.

  • Good work ethics with flexibility.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.

Licensure/Certifications: None required.

Experience: Zero (0) years of construction or related experience required. Two (2) years of construction or related experience preferred.

Driving Record: Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
