You will be part of the Design Team, understanding user needs and requirements linked to business opportunities and challenges and translating them into superior user experiences and attractive and usability focused design solutions for products, services, environments and communication.

Your role:

• Lead analysis to form a relevant understanding of context (domain, business, market, emerging contexts, related trends, target groups, etc.) and define and articulate relevant insights.

• Manage the process of creating surprising and relevant scenarios/ themes/ concepts along with stakeholder teams.

• Create effective and appropriate visual languages by understanding the meaning and effect of these on the brand, audience, market, and culture.

• Develop and use and direct the (project) team with clarity and accuracy in applying and defining (general) interface and interaction principles and general usability principles.

• Challenges technology, constraints, and trends. Understand development tools and methods opportunities, constraints, trends.

• Create information architectures and application flows (flowcharts).

• Build relationships and appropriately influence relevant internal & external stakeholders. Able to manage project budgets and also develop stakeholder relationships and build networks to achieve short- and long-term goals.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, UX, Industrial Design or other related studies.

• Fluent English (good verbal and written skills);

• Availability to live in Blumenau/SC or Baruerí/SP.

• Solid experience with UX Designer / Proficiency in design skills;Proficiency with leading design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch.

• Knowledge of how digital standards such as HTML4/5 and CSS impact design.

• Knowledge of user experience design tools, patterns, sketching and prototyping skills.

• Knowledge of software programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, design research methodologies, design process.

• Visual and communication skills, usability principles, practices.

• Knowledge and ability to manage the process involving multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to lead and communicate clearly with internal and external suppliers and customers.

• Good understanding of Interaction Design and User Experience Design with ability to step in to take on Visual Design work.
