Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? We are supporting a great local company and seeking dedicated CSRs to join our team for a temporary assignment from 8/5 to 12/7, providing top-notch support. Training begins on 8/5, with comprehensive orientation and client-specific training to set you up for success. Don't miss this chance to shine in a dynamic and supportive environment.

salary: $15 - $16 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 8 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from Prospects, Existing Members and Brokers

• Answer general plan benefit questions (no plan comparisons)

• Schedule Seminar Reservations, Broker Appointments and Process Fulfillment Request using documented procedures.

• Complete Telephonic Enrollment

• Update CRM and document call outcomes

• Broker Support: assist broker with Appointment process, provide application status, etc.

• Complete outbound calls to members based on Clients needs (ex: Member Retention)
