Pay: $18-$25 per hour (Based on experience) 1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Essential Functions: Hands-on set-up of CNC machines to perform machining on customer products. Inspect CNC machined products to ensure they are meeting customer requirements. Perform G-Code programming to run CNC machines. Utilize prints, process sheets, and travelers to determine correct tooling and fixturing needs in the business. Collaborate with engineers and operators on various shop improvement projects. Train operators in Safety and Quality when working with CNC equipment. Help manage and improve the company's Tooling and Fixturing Database working with Engineering / Operational resources. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Experience with SolidWorks, CAM packages, tooling, and fixturing. Ability to read customer drawings and sketches containing multiple views and sections, accurately measure and perform all quality inspections, hold tolerances to +/-0.005", and utilize calipers, micrometers, surface table height gauges, dial indicators, gauge blocks, and gauge pins.
