Robert Half Call Center Representative in Blue Ash, Ohio

Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Call Center Representative in the legal industry, located in Blue Ash, Ohio, United States. This role will involve assisting with a consumer class action matter, with a particular focus on maintaining confidentiality, managing high call volumes, and utilizing various software for data tracking. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Managing high volumes of outbound calls to eligible plaintiffs, ensuring each call is handled professionally and efficiently.

• Gathering and accurately recording information from each call, ensuring all data is entered promptly and correctly into the relevant systems.

• Utilizing a range of legal software such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) to track and manage information.

• Assisting customers with inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Auditing customer accounts regularly, identifying any discrepancies, and taking appropriate action to resolve them.

• Administering claims and managing calendar schedules to ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines.

• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality throughout all aspects of the role.

• Utilizing case management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Performing various billing functions as necessary, ensuring all customer accounts are up to date.

• Continually updating and maintaining accurate customer records, ensuring all data is current and correct. Requirements • Proficient in Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), Case Management Software, and Legal software

• Ability to assist customers and manage their requests and inquiries promptly and professionally

• Experience with auditing and billing functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards

• Capable of managing a calendar and scheduling appointments for legal professionals

• Knowledge of claim administration, including processing, tracking, and resolving claims

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under tight deadlines

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures in the legal industry.
