Hiring Bindery Operator - START ASAP

Job Description

Seeking a meticulous and dedicated Hand Bindery Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting work orders to determine specifications for bindery work, examining product samples for defects, and performing various hand bindery tasks such as kitting, collating, stitching, and gluing.

Additionally, the role involves sorting, finishing, and combining final products, including adding stickers and labels.

The specialist will also inspect products to decide acceptance or rejection based on quality standards and perform daily and periodic maintenance on bindery/finishing equipment.

Work Environment

Fast-paced printing environment, which includes heat and AC, though temperatures can vary when dock doors are open.

The environment is louder and well-lit, maintaining a clean facility.
