Job Description

Seeking a skilled 1st shift CNC Lathe Lead to perform comprehensive set-ups in a dynamic job shop environment. Responsibilities include training new employees, troubleshooting machines, reading complex blueprints, and setting machines to maintain precise tolerances. Candidates will handle a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, inconel, titanium, and brass. Experience with live tooling and dual spindle twin turrets is highly preferred. The role involves performing an average of one setup per shift, with variations depending on job complexity and run length.
