Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Working in the BTE (Behind the Ear) line to restore function in hearing aids. Reset using computer programs, assemble with small parts, and inspect with a magnifying glass. Required to inspect the final product after it passes through production. Work with hand tools to inspect and complete assemblies. Identify any flaws or defects. This position requires solid attention to detail. Will do light shipping on the Jabra line as well.

Hard Skills

• 3+ months Medical Assembly/small part assembly experience or manufacturing experience

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to use small hand tools, cutters, and microscopes

• Strong verbal and written English skills

• Small component assembly

• Magnifying glass usage

• Documentation and computer savvy

• Light shipping

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The working environment is very clean and organized. The facility is well-lit and provides a working area for each individual. It is climate-controlled and fast-paced, with a well-organized production process. All candidates will wear lab coats and safety glasses at all times in the production area.
