Overview

We are seeking a skilled Research Analyst 2 or Senior Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our data-driven decision-making culture. Your multifaceted role includes planning and leading research initiatives, establishing stakeholder relationships, and translating business needs into actionable research goals. You'll execute qualitative and quantitative research, analyze findings, and communicate actionable insights through influential presentations. Additionally, your expertise will guide departmental processes and standards, ensuring continuous improvement. Role will be filled at one of these two levels based on candidate qualifications

Responsibilities

*Research and Insights:*

  • Serve as an internal research and insights consultant, planning and leading research initiatives.
  • Establish relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, demonstrating the value of research to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Translate business needs into clear research goals and plans.
  • Execute qualitative and quantitative research, including designing questionnaires, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Analyze primary and secondary research findings, communicating actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop influential, engaging presentations.

*Project Management:*

  • Set project and task deadlines, monitoring progress, and preparing project status reports.
  • Identify and recommend external research partners, managing outsourced work across all project phases.
  • Support the development of department processes and standards, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

*Communication and Collaboration:*

  • Effectively communicate plans, concepts, design rationale, and findings to the organization.
  • Work and interact professionally with others at various levels of the global organization.
  • Remain calm and receptive in fast-paced situations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, cognitive or behavioral science, or a related field

3 years experience in qualitative and quantitative market or customer experience research
