We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree from a technical school in building construction, engineering, or construction management. This role involves overseeing modernization, new developments, extraordinary maintenance, and betterments, ensuring compliance with contract documents and specifications, and maintaining a high standard of facility operations. Key Responsibilities :

• Possess knowledge of trade skills, materials, and tools.

• Understand and comply with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations pertaining to public housing.

• Perform cost estimating and budgeting with strong math skills.

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and plans.

• Communicate effectively with outsource companies.

• Maintain clear and concise reports and records.

• Operate CMMS systems efficiently.

• Use fingers bilaterally and unilaterally to operate equipment.

Top Skills - Must Haves :

• Degree from a technical school in building construction, engineering, or construction management.

Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves :

• Troubleshooting skills.

• Mechanical knowledge.

• Preventive maintenance experience.

Work Environment :

• Work indoors and outdoors.

• May be required to use goggles, gloves, mask, safety boots, and other personal protective equipment.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
