The Cigna Group Medicare Issue Management Business Project Senior Advisor - Cigna Medicare - Hybrid in Bloomfield, Connecticut

Position Overview:

The individual is accountable to the Cigna Healthcare - Medicare Operations Issue Management Team. This role will serve supporting the Issue Management Team for all reporting needs and analyze data as it pertains to issues reporting by the business. We are looking for a self-starter that enjoys digging into data and providing meaningful information that can identify trends and patterns of issues and provide recommendations on next steps to take action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define requirement and build Ad Hoc ServiceNow reporting request from the business operations teams

  • Manage daily production of the command center report and continuous improvement activities

  • Drive forward looking analysis into production issue to be able to articulate the bigger picture to executives

  • Manage the update of manually complied report for Domains using data visualization and storytelling skills

  • For high priority issues, work with Issue Managers to get established template completed and distributed to Leadership

  • Own existing ServiceNow reports and any associated changes.

  • Manage MOR reporting for Issue Management

  • Manage Ad Hoc reporting request from Executives.

  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream business

  • Establish rapport and close collaborative relationship with the Operations and technical teams and provider greater insights into the data

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or higher strongly preferred in Computer Science or related degree or 4 or more years of job-related experience preferred

  • 5+ years of technical or operations experience which includes building reports and analyzing data

  • Medicare Advantage Operations experience required

  • ServiceNow reporting experience required

  • Expert with Microsoft business applications such as Excel and Word

  • Tableau and Data Visualization experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent analytical/troubleshooting skills with attention to detail

  • Expert at making sense out of data and ability to connect the dots quickly

  • Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, fast paced environment

  • Demonstrate ability to take initiative and drive process improvements

  • Able to effectively communicate across teams and roles

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
