Job Summary:

• Location: Bladen, Nebraska
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5/6 PM
• Pay: $15-18/hour
• Job Type: Temporary; 2-3 months

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the seed mixing and order fulfillment processes.
• Operate forklifts to mix seed and load/unload trucks.
• Fill and stack 50 pound bags of seed manually on pallets.
• Operate seed mixing equipment, conveyors, augers, and other machinery (e.g., skid steer, telehandler).
• Record all inventory data in our inventory management software.
• Maintain a clean and organized mix floor area and all equipment.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative.
• Capable of climbing ladders and scaffolding.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a dusty environment.
