JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and patient individual to work with a child who has higher behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with these challenges, be able to maintain firm boundaries while offering a safe and structured environment, and have the high energy to engage in fun activities together (He really enjoys fishing and parallel play). Strong communication skills and the ability to manage physical and verbal aggression with calmness and consistency are essential. Observe and monitor children\'s play activities. Communicate with children\'s parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues. Support children\'s emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
