Grundfos is looking for a talented student worker to join our team in the Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our paid marketing reporting and insights activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical industry experience and develop essential skills in digital marketing while working with a talented team committed to driving Grundfos' digital marketing strategies forward.

Your responsibilities as a student worker in our team will include:

• Assisting in analysing marketing campaign data and extracting actionable insights to optimise performance

• Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviour

• Developing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders

• Contributing innovative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of our digital marketing initiatives

What do you need to apply?

We envision that you are currently in the last year of your Bachelor’s or recently enrolled in a Master’s Degree Programme preferably within the fields of marketing, business or data analytics. While hands-on experience in digital marketing is considered a big plus, we primarily seek open-minded, proactive, and result-oriented individuals with a data-driven spirit. We will teach you the rest.

Further, we expect you to:

• Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data visualisation tools

• Keep many balls in the air and still follow a plan, deliver on your commitments, and follow up with stakeholders

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Thrive in a complex working environment with many relations in a global organisation

• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital marketing

• Work approximately 10-15 hours weekly with one full workday per week in our office in Bjerringbro.
