You will join the Excellence & Transformation team in Domestic Building Services, which works closely with the divisional leadership team on strategy deployment, cadences, and sales excellence.

What is the job about?

The Strategy Deployment Manager orchestrates the deployment of the divisional strategy within the Sales Trade function in close collaboration with the Senior Vice President of Sales Trade. In addition, the Strategy Deployment Manager offers management support directly to the Divisional CEO, leads end-to-end strategic projects, and drives the operating model on the divisional level.

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading the functional deployment of the divisional strategy in Sales Trade, including translating strategy into annual plans and targets and facilitate follow-up on progress.

• Driving relevant cadences within Sales Trade, such as the Sales Leadership Team meetings and regional business review meetings.

• Managing non-financial KPIs and targets within Sales Trade.

• Management support to the Senior Vice President, Sales Trade, including driving relevant strategic projects.

• Management support to Divisional CEO, including preparation for Group Management and Board of Directors meetings.

• Managing and continuously improving the divisional cadences and operating model.

• Leading end-to-end strategic projects, such as renewal of the divisional strategy in close collaboration with relevant functions

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

• Relevant master's degree from economics, business administration, finance or similar from a recognized business school or university

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Experience from management consulting or similar role at a global company.

• Ability to manage global projects and processes effectively with complex stakeholder maps.

• Great problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coach and review the work of others.

• Effective communication skills and proficiency in written English

• Strong conceptual skills, i.e., can think creatively, evaluate, and understand complicated and abstract ideas.

• Advanced numerical capabilities.
