We are a team of 8 enthusiastic colleagues who provide memorable experiences when customers and other stakeholders visit Grundfos. Our overall purpose is to secure and deliver excellent customer visits. We have more than 250 VIP groups per year visiting our Headquarter in Bjerringbro. We collaborate with a wide range of internal and external colleagues and stakeholders in order to create the best possible experience for our guests.

As a Guest Specialist in Visitors Services, you will be a part of our function “Corporate Guest Services”. Corporate Guest Services is responsible for the planning and execution of customer visits, internal events, etc. Under the Guest Services umbrella you will also find 2 Guest Houses and our Academy. We focus on optimal use of resources and the development and renewal of the Group visiting concept.​ We provide services to colleagues and customers at a high professional level and act as a competence centre for the Group. We are global ambassadors for the Grundfos culture and play an important part in the understanding and communication of Grundfos' unique history, values, and brand.

What is the job about?

As our new Guest Specialist, your main tasks is to plan and conduct guided tours and provide a high level of customer experience for the customers to understand the Grundfos values, the unique history, and our fantastic products. You will tailor the programs to the customer’s needs in collaboration with the sales colleague hosting the group.

The overall task is to coordinate customer visits in three phases:

  • Preliminary phase: collect information about customers and clarify expectations and content for the visit.

  • During the visit: conduct guided tours and make sure that expectations are met/exceeded.

  • Evaluation/Follow up: ask for input and provide feedback where relevant.

During the phases you will act as a professional partner for sales colleagues, managers, guide colleagues, and others involved in the customer visits.

What do you need to apply?

To succeed in this position, the most important thing is that you are accustomed to facilitating and coordinating and thrive in an outgoing role in the field between communication, services, and sales.

  • Have a technical mindset since you need to understand and communicate the functionalities and purpose of our products.

  • Have an international and pragmatic approach to things.

  • Speak Danish and English fluently and is an extensive communicator.

  • Have an ability to create a positive, everlasting impression in the most professional, courteous, and expedient manner.

  • Are relationship oriented with good interpersonal skills.

  • Are structured and analytical in your approach to challenges.
