Job Summary:

As part of ouroperations team, you will provide the proactive, friendly and efficient customer service that builds our consumer and small business customers trust and loyaltyas youprocess and review daily transactions for the bank.

Pay:

Hourly, non-exempt, salary depends on level of experience.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

8 hour shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Experience

• One year minimum experience in financial services operations, banking deposit operations preferred.

• Considerable knowledge and understanding of credit and risk management, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy.

• Minimum of one year experience providing a high level of customer service.

Education

• High School Diploma (or GED) or better
• College education preferred
