CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CHI Heart and Lung Clinic is looking for a Full Time LPN to join the team!

This person provides individualized, high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages. Uses a team approach to delegate and coordinate patient care at admission, transfer, and discharge. Independently delivers nursing care using the Nurse Practice Act, CHI St. Alexius policies, nursing standards, ethical principles, and professional judgment.

What You’ll Do

• Assesses, plans, and implements nursing care while ensuring patient comfort.

• Practices safe patient handling techniques.

• Continues to evaluate assigned patients and provides ongoing treatment.

• Anticipates, identifies, and responds to educational and emotional needs of patients and families.

• Guides and directs healthcare personnel in caring for patients.

• Successfully completed the defined job specific competencies, including competency for age specific, as appropriate .

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of a school of nursing.

Licensure: Licensed by the North Dakota Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.

Certifications: CPR certified

Experience: Prefer a minimum of one year clinical or hospital experience.

Pay Range

$20.79 - $27.8 /hour
