Responsibilities
Participate in all aspects of the BI lifecycle, from requirements to data analysis, report analysis, and understanding of business processes.
Translate business needs to technical specifications.
Write application and database code based on business requirements or user stories, architectural requirements, and existing code.
Generate, format, interpret, and prepare reports, scorecards, and dashboards to support business owners and team objectives.
Deliver client and internal solutions in line with industry best practices.
Train users and help institutionalize data and dashboard governance practices
Exercise strong project management skills and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Qualifications
Strong technical and analytics background
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
5+ years proven experience as a BI developer with hands-on experience mastery in Data Integration, Analytics, and Reporting
Advanced SQL coding, tuning, and query optimization, especially within cloud-based data warehouses MS Azure and Amazon Redshift.
In-depth experience in building cutting edge Tableau and Power BI dashboards.
Professional or academic experience working with large data sets for conducting quantitative analysis.
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to service clients, partners, and internal stakeholders by understand their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency.
Self-motivated and a self-starter with strong ability to multitask projects/tasks effectively.
Digital media experience, particularly experience working in ad tech industry with a data-centric role plus.
