As a Transformation Project Manager, you will be the linchpin of this transformation, delivering targeted projects to drive alignment of Service Management and new technological capabilities. Your strategic insights and project management expertise will steer our organisation towards groundbreaking achievements, empowering us to remain competitive in an ever-evolving market.

This role is based in Birmingham where you will be part of a very friendly and supportive team.

You'll have the following responsibilities

• Strong focus on business case, risk management and relevant dependencies with strong ability to unblock to run at pace.

• Proactively monitor project progress, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.

• Drive process optimization and influence key decisions within project deliveries.

• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Regularly update key stakeholders on project progress, outcomes, and upcoming milestones.

• Promote practice to advocate best ways of working and continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the success and impact of proposed model, with strong focus on benefit realization.

• Generate and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting project achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Develop the project schedule and manage the integration and delivery of all work.

• Schedule and run all project meetings, collaborating with Business, Product and Tech teams to align project requirements and associated roadmaps.

• Ensure timely stewardship of risks, issues, and maintain transparent communication to stakeholders, the steering committee and sponsor.

• Analytical thinking and strategy – Being able to process and break down complex information, focusing on data driven decisions to influence the long-term success of the business

• Financial Acumen: The ability to apply financial knowledge to the financial management of own work area, project, programme, business unit, business case or contract. Has good understanding of financial principles and is able to apply them to their immediate work area/project.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a Project Manager with agile and product-led methodology expertise.

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.

• Experience of ServiceNow implementations and associated ITSM workflows.

• A background in Service Management practices.

• Experience in a large technology organisation
