Johnson Controls Project Manager in Birmingham, United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Manage technical programs from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with customer KPIs and SLAs.

  • Collate, record, and report progress regularly to stakeholders.

  • Proactively review and achieve monthly milestone targets for IP CCTV and Access Control installations.

  • Lead the design and deployment of IP infrastructure for CCTV and Access Control systems based on customer specifications.

  • Interface with global customer IT teams for seamless integration.

  • Design and execute installation rollout programs, attending progress meetings across various UK sites.

  • Support national account managers and sales management in program design, implementation, and deployment.

How you will do it

  • Maintain close client relationships to deliver on objectives.

  • Directly oversee the design, coordination, and implementation of designated IP programs.

  • Contribute to program planning and project design from concept to implementation.

  • Promptly escalate and resolve customer complaints.

  • Manage programs ensuring adherence to best practices.

  • Proactively communicate with operational managers for resource and procurement planning.

  • Plan and schedule installation rollouts and programs, ensuring timely completion.

  • Coordinate engineers’ documentation for accuracy and compliance.

  • Design and communicate customer-specific Health & Safety information.

What we look for

Required

  • High-end product knowledge of IP CCTV and Access Control.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve goals.

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment with a successful track record.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Familiarity with network/IP infrastructure and architecture.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program planning applications.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Genetec and C-Cure global systems.

  • Degree in relevant IT/IP subject desirable.

  • H&S accreditation.
