You will become part of a team of talented project managers and pack developers who are working to find smart and efficient POS display solutions to activate our iconic chocolate, candy, and bakery brands in stores for the UK&I market. Ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, timeline management and accountability, cost awareness and the coordination of development, design, and build.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Define & deploy Prefilled displays strategy according to company goals and markets requirements.

  • Communicate all required technical data for project execution within Mondelēz including Logistics Data, BOM and Master Data creation in Systems.

  • Propose co-packing solutions in accordance with cost targets, retailer requirement, technical & logistic constraints.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement,productivity and sustainability opportunities within the Co-Packing scope, to reduce costs, waste and to simplify ways of working.

  • Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools.

  • Maintain workload trackers, manage own timeline and be able to work autonomously and as part of a wider project team.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate projectlevel risks and escalate them to stakeholders, manager, leads and/ or the program manager when needed.

  • Support the teams must win battle projects NINJA and HORIZON

  • Provide project reporting and status updates including KPI management and reporting.

  • Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live.

  • Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery.

  • Proven experience in project management methodology

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive effective discussions within project teams and to stakeholders.

  • Excellent planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines.

  • Ability to manage own workload without specific external guidance.

  • Strong focus on costand quality as part of project delivery

  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions  

  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.

  • Proven ability in building effective relationships across internal and external partners.

  • Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving.

  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.

  • Co-Packing, commercial and CS&L experience would be advantageous.

  • Technical or pack development experience a bonus.
