Job Description: Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various duties within the warehouse, including maintaining inventory, laying out materials for the machine, measuring materials to ensure specified dimensions and angles are met, and pulling orders as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure to ensure precise cuts.

• Lay out materials on machines and assist in preparing orders.

• Pull orders, package items, and ensure they are ready for shipment.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment.

• Unload and load materials safely and efficiently.

• Maintain organized inventory and assist with restocking as needed.

• Follow safety protocols and use PPE, including steel-toed boots (PPE provided by the company).

• Assist in shipping and receiving duties.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate cuts and measurements.

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts).

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus, but not required.

• Must be comfortable using hand tools, RF scanners, and warehouse equipment.

Skills:

• Tape measure proficiency

• Familiarity with hand tools and equipment

• Experience with picking, packing, unloading, and loading

• Strong attention to detail for inventory management

• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment

• Forklift and cherry picker operation (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
