Job Title: PLC Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a PLC Technician to join our team. You will help keep our equipment running smoothly by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. If you have basic experience with PLC troubleshooting and enjoy working with machines, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and fix basic PLC issues.

  • Repair mechanical and electrical equipment like pumps, compressors, filling machines, and more.

  • Read and understand mechanical drawings to help with repairs.

  • Take field measurements and make sketches as needed.

  • Keep records of repairs, inspections, and work done.

  • Perform rigging to move heavy equipment safely.

  • Use tools like calipers and micrometers for precise measurements.

  • Work with motors (3-phase) and equipment up to 480 volts.

  • Operate shop tools like a lathe and drill press to make or repair parts.

  • Complete other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Basic PLC troubleshooting experience.

  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

  • Experience with pumps, compressors, and similar equipment.

  • Ability to read mechanical drawings.

  • Experience with 3-phase motors and equipment up to 480 volts.

  • Ability to use shop tools and measurement equipment.

  • Steel-toe boots required (PPE provided by Ventura).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
