Description We are offering an opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the CPA industry, located in Birmingham, Alabama. This role involves a range of accounting and administrative duties, including but not restricted to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. You will also be required to attend to administrative duties such as answering phones and handling client documents.

Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Managing payroll functions and performing bank reconciliations

• Utilizing QuickBooks for various accounting tasks

• Balancing the books and maintaining financial records

• Handling administrative duties such as phone calls and client documentation

• Employing Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks and communications

• Assisting with other accounting functions as needed

• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and strong communication skills in all interactions

• Demonstrating a willingness to help where needed and work as part of a team

• Utilizing detail-oriented skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Experience in Accounting Functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Capability to perform Bank Reconciliations and Billing Functions.

• Knowledge and experience in bi-Monthly Payroll and Administrative Assistance.

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.

• Experience in Account Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Reconciliation.

• Basic Bookkeeping skills along with advanced Bookkeeping Functions.

• Prior experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.

• Proficiency in Full Charge Bookkeeping.
