The Material handler/Production-Generalist will work in close coordination with the Logistics/Facility and Manufacturing Managers. Primary assignments include local delivery of AVRE products to customers, material handling and production/machine operation. Position may also be assigned to a variety of other job tasks within AVRE's

<P>SUPERVISION REQUIRED: The position requires the ability to work independently, but in close coordination with the Logistics/Facility Manager and the Production Manager.

<P>EDUCATION REQUIRED: The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent

<P>TRAINING AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: <LI> Valid and current driver's license is required <LI> Knowledge and experience in the operation of material handling equipment and general manufacturing operations is desired <LI> Experience in the use of a local delivery truck is required

<P>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: <LI> This position requires a minimum of one-year related experience in a production/manufacturing setting <LI> Experience in the operation of forklifts and other power equipment required <LI> Experience with customer service is desired

<P>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
