Major Responsibilities:
Mows lawns
Maintains flowerbeds
Trim hedges, trees and shrubs
Rakes leaves
Ensures that the grounds are kept neat and clean
Cleans gutters and catch basins
Performs custodial work, both inside and outside the building, as needed
Shovels snow
Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Prefer prior experience in grounds maintenance work
