We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a client located in the Binghamton area to help maintain and repair 10 different locations both commercial and residential properties for a property management company. Two years in experience in general maintenance is a big plus! Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers' license. Day shift positions Monday-Friday. 8am -4pm. Long-term opportunity with client desiring to hire on at the end of the evaluation period. After being hired on you will have to be on call as well.
