Join us for an exciting career as “Senior Manager, Membership Lifecycle & Segmentation” as part of the newly established Membership & Personalisation team within Market & Channels Global Marketing.

Please note the work location is either Copenhagen or Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop LEGO Membership segmentation models, by analyzing member’s 1st party data to identify new segments, member phases and lifecycles, based on observed member behaviour.

  • Lead the cross-functional creation of a common membership segmentation approach and framework, in close partnership with PMD (Product Marketing Development) LEGO Retail, and Global Insights.

  • Deliver segmentation & lifecycle solutions to campaign teams, and provide actionable recommendations that help increase the relevancy and commercial impact of a campaign, in collaboration with the CRM Proposition team, the CRM Hub and the Membership Acquisition & Market Activation team

  • Conduct regular segment & lifecycle movement analyses, to uncover new insights on member behaviour and new use case opportunities, in close partnership with the CRM Proposition team and CRM Hub

  • Optimize and refine existing segmentation models, improving methodologies and using new sources of 1st party data

  • Lead the definition and creation of LEGO Member Lifetime Value to help effectively drive commercial decisions short & mid term, ultimately improving the long-term value of a member. Drive adaptation and usage of this metric across the business, in close collaboration with Data Science, Global Insights and PMD (Product Marketing Development).

  • Lead the creation of data-driven Member Lifecycle phases, to inform acquisition strategies, improve Member Lifetime value and reduce churn, in close collaboration with the CRM Hub, the CRM Proposition team, and Membership Acquisition & Market Activation team

  • Help driving an agile way-of-working model, ensuring quality, flexibility and speed in how business questions are tackled

M&C Marketing aims to build and deploy capabilities essential for us to win in corporate plan 2026 and ensure alignment and execution of marketing excellence globally.

This position will collaborate closely with key cross functional teams across M&C (Markets & Channels), PMD (Product Marketing Department), DCE (Digital Consumer Engagement) and Digital, helping us leverage data to achieve our membership and personalization goals effectively and efficiently.

You will report directly to the Senior Director Performance, Development & Decisioning.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Relevant educational background within analytics, computer science, mathemat, Data Science, Big Data or other related field

  • Senior experience working in a segmentation and analytics environment (with experience in SQL based databases, advanced Microsoft Excel, R and/or Python, Adobe Analytics or similar, Tableau or PowerBI)

  • Experience in SQL and Excel is a must

  • Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities

  • Demonstrated success in driving commercial and/or strategic value through the creation of segmentation and lifecycle solutions

  • Excels at communicating with senior stakeholders (written & oral); able to convey clear, concise and actionable recommendations based on results

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Working knowledge of personalization and loyalty programs

  • An enthusiastic, positive approach and determination to overcome obstacles; can do attitude, results orientation with a focus on quality, efficiency and operational excellence

  • Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships regardless of organizational structure
