Please note the work location is Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create visualisation dashboards in PowerBI for end users to quickly identify areas for further investigation.

  • Create new reports by handling the full process of identifying data needed, connecting to data sources through Power BI Gateway, structuring data for modelling and building data model in Power BI

  • Maintain and improve existing reports, driving reporting standardisation and definitions alignment.

  • Drive automation of both existing and new reports

  • Perform maintenance, documentation, optimisation & decommissioning of reports.

  • Participate in projects and workgroups, requiring knowledge of data foundation and Business Intelligence (BI)

  • Training and daily support of users in BI reporting, governance and data-analysis

  • Stakeholder management of Global Process Owner, IT & others

Business Processes & Information is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance transactional and HR processes as well as process support for controlling, training and project portfolio. Our main mission is to develop, maintain and optimise efficient and effective standardised processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions.

The Procure to Pay (P2P) business process team is tasked with establishing a robust reporting framework to enhance decision-making and performance management within our Shared Service Centers. With a focus on process optimization and system integration, we aim to leverage specialized expertise and adopt an end-to-end (E2E) perspective. Your role within the team will be pivotal, as you contribute to defining and facilitating the delivery of reporting needs while actively engaging in projects that demand Business Intelligence proficiency.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3+ years of experience working with data modelling, data governance and data visualization for decision making.

  • Advance experience with PowerBI, Power Query (M Query) and DAX (experience with PowerApps / Synapse SQL desired but not essential)

  • Experience of Process Mining, preferably Celonis

  • Experience working with SAP HANA Views and COUPA system would have an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to challenge stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes.

  • Excellent Presentation skills and experience in performing user training.

  • Continuous improvement knowledge and mindset

  • Ability to work with global teams spanning different time zones.
