Bring your financial analytics expertise and collaborate with colleagues to enhance performance management within the entire Record to Report process!

Please note the work location is Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive definition of reporting requirements through collaboration with process experts and users

  • Support developing performance management KPI dashboards

  • Perform reporting standardization, improvement, maintenance, documentation

  • Define, test and implement new reporting solutions and participate in initiatives, requiring knowledge of data foundation and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (PowerBI)

  • Improve utilization of reports through training and user support in BI reporting, governance, and data-analysis

  • Govern and maintain accounting and financial master data

  • Support improvement, standardisation, automation, and maintenance of the end-to-end record to report processes

Business Processes & Information (BPI) is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes. Our mission is to build and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with digital solutions. You will be based in Billund and join a global team of more than 70 dedicated colleagues.

In this role you will ensure solid reporting foundation to support decision making and performance management with a process and system focus, through deployment and development of specialist knowledge with an E2E perspective, as well as manage our accounting and financial master data to secure accuracy of our reporting as well as support users on processes related matters!

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3+ years experience working with Finance reporting, analysis and performance management

  • Advanced visualisations skills and knowledge of BI tools, preferably PowerBI

  • Experience in driving reporting standardization, governance and user training

  • Proven track record working with accounting and financial processes in SAP

  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written) and ability to explain complex issues in a language a user can understand

  • Continuous improvement approach and knowledge is preferred
