Core Responsibilities

  • Reviewing financial performance and investment tracking across business units

  • Build, streamline and lead operational financial processes, such as performance tracking and forecasting

  • Partnering with the respective leadership teams and portfolio managers to improve commercial enablement

  • Translate transactional data into commercial, activity-based narratives

  • Financial & contractual management & governance of existing and new partnerships

  • Create and socialise best practicesacross the PMD Finance organisation

You willbe responsible forthefinancial managementand reporting of two business units within the Global Product and Marketing Development Area, specifically Game and Licensing and Extended Line (LEL).

The Game business at the LEGO Group is on an incredible journey having recently partnered with EPIC Games to create LEGO Fortnite. All the while, the LEGO Group continues to work with other partners to develop traditional game releases such a LEGO 2K Drive, LEGO Bricktales, and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, to name but a few.

The Licensing & Extended Line division is another fascinating part of the LEGO Group, responsible for things like LEGO merchandise including clothing, books, and accessories, offering physical products beyond LEGO bricks.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Relevant finance experience within a global organisation

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong collaborator with strong analytical skills

  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills

  • Experience within marketing finance would bebeneficial

  • Experience working within the FMCG industry would be highlyadvantageous
