X Bar Bar Cattle and Fencing LLC is seeking Laborers for a seasonal position that could become a year around position. Do you enjoy the great outdoors and would like to see the beautiful sights throughout our Big Sky State? GREAT! Here at X Bar Bar Cattle and Fencing LLC, we are currently looking to add a new team member to our crew! What type of work will I be doing? - Driving (Vehicle, ATV) - Some Lifting. - Ground Guiding / Spotter. - Lining up post, stringing wire, clipping. Qualifications: - Able to operate a skid steer (preferred). - Welding experience (preferred). - Willingness to learn, and ability to be a self-driven employee. - Basic Knowledge of hand tools and power tools. - Ability to travel out of town. (We will provide lodging for the out of town jobs.) What's the pay like? Starting wage $18.00 per hour for a base rate but will vary dependent upon applicant's individual skills with opportunity of performance based raises. Paid biweekly. Housing is not provided. Hours: A schedule will be provided. We have the ability to work four (4) ten-hour days each week or five (5) eight-hour days per week. Overtime is available. What's needed to apply? - Valid Driver's License or Identification. - Applicant may be required to pass pre employment exam, dead lifting a minimum of 100 pounds. - Pass a Pre Employment Drug Screening. Note: Drug screening is for your safety and ours. We operate in a fast-paced manner and use equipment. No impairment of any sort is allowed. Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles/equipment.
