Branch Manager Big Lake Branch We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Big Lake branch. The Manager will have responsibility for directing branch retail sales and service functions as well as maintaining an active role in lending. Duties include lending, business development, product sales and service, and supervision of the retail team. Participates in budgeting process with senior management and provides leadership in the branch with responsibility for implementing strategic initiatives and achieving branch objectives for growth and profitability. Additionally, the Manager represents the bank by actively participating in key community activities and events. Qualifications and experience: Bachelor s degree in business, finance, or related field, or minimum 5 years banking or finance experience. Prior lending experience. Knowledge of lending laws and bank regulations. Proven success in developing new business and growing market share. Strong communication and relationship building skills essential.
