Job Summary: Seasonal Positions - Performs general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities.

• Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.

• Must be able to reach with hands and arms for one-third to two-thirds or more of the designated shift.

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

• React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.

• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.

• Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.

• Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

FOH - Baristas, Bar Backs, Bartenders, Cashiers and Supervisors

1.Cash Handling and POS Operation

2.Wipe down tables and chairs and all counters and cabinet tops.

3.Empty all trash bins , front and back of cafeteria.

4.Sweep and mop cafeteria.

5. Assist in dining area when needed i.e.. clearing and cleaning tables.

6. Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

BOH - Busser/ Dishwashers, Cooks/ Prep, Inventory Stocker/Replenishers, Warehouse Attendants and Supervisors

1.Put up all stock and keep area organized.

2.Change BIB (Soda Fountain) products when needed.

3.Clean dish area thoroughly, making sure all counter areas are clean and sanitized.

4.Empty all trash bins and take all trash to dumpster area.

5.Sweep and mop floors in the dish area and the back area of the kitchen.

6.Take all dirty pans and cookware back to main kitchen.

7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.

• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.

• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.

• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.

• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.

• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.

• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.

• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.

• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.

• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.

• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
