The instructor will provide theoretical and hands on learning opportunities based on the occupational standards of the industry. This program has a strong presence in our local area participating in many community projects. BRCOT is a reputable training institution offering a positive work environment.Brief Job Duties:The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:1. Maintain professional atmosphere and orderly work environment.2. Greet visitors, staff, and students, and assist as needed with students.3. Responsible for office tasks: phones, messages, giving directions, distribution of interoffice mail, reports, memos, records management, agendas, typing, copying, and other clerical tasks assigned.4. Manages clerical duties for office staff including scheduling appointments, copying, creating and maintaining documents and clerical tasks assigned.5. Oversees mail system and office equipment.6. Coordinates all communication related to phones, visitors, electronic communication.7. Support Student Services and administrative staff with the management data system.8. Monitors and enters attendance.9. Coordinates substitute teachers on a daily basis in conjuction with Substitute Coordinator.10. Supervises entry into the building and monitors students exiting and entering.11. Coordinate, monitor, and communicate with the transportation department.12. Maintains office equipment.13. Assists building administration with finances including: processing purchase orders, supplies for the school, payment of bills, invoices, shipping, receiving, etc.14.
