Are you ready to be part of our dynamic team?

As the Manager of Social Work you will:

• Maintain 24-hour accountability for the clinical and management functions

• Monitor and evaluate activities pertinent to the operation of the department.

• Supervise the staff that is providing supportive counseling and discharge planning through the care coordination process.

• Ensure that care is rendered to age-appropriate populations on each patient care unit.

• Be responsible for maintaining established standards, and administrative support and guidance to a department of social workers.

• Maintain ongoing collaborative and collegial relationships with Medical Staff, clinical and support departments.

• Demonstrate clinical skill and competence as necessary.

Scheduled Hours : 40

Work Shift : Days, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts

Education/Experience Required:

Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution

LISCW

Previous management experience preferred
