Robert Half is working with a premier media and talent management company based in Beverly Hills who are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting high-profile clients in the entertainment industry. This position is based on site in Beverly Hills and would require a candidate to be in office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general ledger (GL) entries and reconciliations.

• Oversee accounts payable (A/P), ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.

• Manage bill pay functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Handle commission allocations, including calculations and distributions for talent clients.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Work closely with internal teams to maintain financial records and resolve discrepancies.

• Utilize AgilLink software for accounting processes (AgilLink experience is highly preferred).

  Requirements

5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within entertainment, media, or talent management.

Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, accounts payable, and financial reporting.

Experience with AgilLink is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
