Insight Global Mac Executive Support Specialist in Beverly Hills, California

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Mac Executive Support Specialist to provide technical support to our senior leadership team. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless technology support for our C-level executives, as well as providing general desktop support to our 230 local users and remote workers. Other responsibilities include:

  • Provide expert technical support to our C-level executives, resolving issues related to Mac devices, video conferencing, email, and other productivity tools

  • Set up and configure email accounts on Mac, Windows, and mobile devices

  • Install and configure video conferencing software (e.g. Zoom) and ensure seamless connectivity

  • Troubleshoot networking issues and provide guidance on networking knowledge

  • Install printers and configure desktop settings for users

  • Provide general desktop support to users, focusing on Mac-based solutions

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in Mac hardware and software

  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's technology stack, including O365, G Suite, Box, Okta, Zendesk, and Slack

Pay rate range from $35.00 - $38.00/hr.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical Mac support role, preferably at Apple's Genius Bar or similar environment

  • Strong technical knowledge of Mac devices, operating systems, and software applications

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders

  • Proficiency in video conferencing tools (Zoom) and troubleshooting knowledge of printers and networking issues

  • Experience with cloud-based productivity suites like O365 and G Suite

  • Knowledge of identity management systems (Okta)

Familiarity with customer service ticketing systems (Zendesk) null
