What will you be doing:

The Instructional Designer applies best practices in instructional design and technology that produce exceptional course materials for our online and live training programs. In collaboration with the team and clients, the Instructional Designer is responsible for reviewing curriculum, evaluating course and program format and delivery modes, creating learning objects, and designing courses for online and live delivery. The Instructional Designer manages numerous projects covering all aspects from development to delivery, to post-program evaluation. Additionally, the Instructional Designer administers the Learning Management System (LMS), which includes providing technical support, managing content, and granting administrative access to ensure seamless access and delivery of training content.

  • Administer and maintain the LMS, including user account management, course uploads, student group creation, assignment creation and system configurations.

  • Provide technical support to LMS users and troubleshoot any issues.

  • Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT for technical resolutions.

  • Generate and analyze reports on course participation, completion rates, and user feedback.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the LMS.

  • Stay up to date with LMS features and updates, implementing improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

Three (3) plus years of experience in progressive Instructional Design experience.

Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional design, education, or other related field.

Master’s degree preferred.
