Job Summary

The Optimum Business Web Operations Content Specialist will support all website and e-commerce campaign initiatives, maintain website content, and oversee project pipelines for the purposes of driving growth across a variety of sales channels including online and offline. This role will serve as a key thought-leader within our company, helping to champion a "digital first" planning culture, and supporting corporate efforts to further adopt digital technologies as a core part of our sales, marketing and care operations.

This is a position that requires a dedicated professional and will have hands-on involvement in all website and e-commerce activities. This role will be primarily supporting the ongoing updates and maintenance of Optimum Business' digital customer experience, including multiple websites for marketing, sales, operations, and customer care use cases. This individual will improve our ability to serve continually fresh content to customers by managing creative assets such as website templates, static/interactive media, and copy for marketing offers and product details. Understanding the customer lifecycle and different customer types will be crucial for creating targeted digital experiences. The successful candidate will have a command of best practices and trends in lead generation and e-commerce, as well as cross channel media efforts and their impact on our websites.

The Web Operations Content Specialist will track website and e-commerce campaign project pipelines, working with a mix of internal teams and external agencies to define requirements, responsibilities, deliverables, and associated timelines to accomplish set goals. They should possess knowledge of project management, as well as building and presenting reports or key performance metrics to management. Documenting and maintaining a clear timeline of both short-term and long-term initiatives is vital to succeeding in this role.

This role will part of a team tasked with increasing Optimum Business' e-commerce sales, leads, and conversion rates for digital channels. This position will help develop and execute best-in-class comprehensive digital strategies and initiatives focused on enhancing sales growth, brand loyalty, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

*Maintain creative content/assets for websites in alignment with marketing campaigns and product updates/releases
*Maintain e-commerce product catalog rollout including pricing, SKUs, and business rules
*Assist in the creation or revision of new or existing sales and marking landing pages
*Writing marketing copy for ever-changing promotional campaigns and new product releases or updates
*Develops project and technical requirement documentation for supporting IT groups, agencies, and other 3rd party partners
*Deploys, monitors, and reports on regular content tests/updates
*Oversight and validation of website updates

Qualifications

*2+ years experience in a digital, website management, or e-commerce role
*Associates Degree required
*Some experience with Drupal, Adobe AEM, or other CMS required
*Some experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JS required
*Some experience with Jira or other project management tools required
*Some experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics desirable
*Some experience with Photoshop and image editing desirable
*Some experience with creative writing desirable
*Some experience optimizing a customer-focused web experience: A/B testing, dynamic creative testing, multivariate testing, usability testing, and site behavior/path analysis
*Digital Marketing certifications preferred
*Ability to produce clear, compelling, and motivational communications quickly
*Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
*Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
