CSC Holdings, LLC seeks a Vice President, Care Operations to establish, implement, and communicate a strategic direction for customer care operations, leveraging industry best practices to increase customer loyalty, reduce operational costs, and generate revenue. Drive operations-related policies and processes to ensure effective and consistent support and execution. Collaborate with key decision makers and business owners to develop new customer care operations initiatives and business opportunities. Lead internal and external (vendor) teams and provide leadership in a 24/7 operations model. #LI-DNI.Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, or a related field, followed by 10 years of progressively responsible experience in customer care or customer service leadership in the telecommunication industry. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with developing, planning, and implementing operations strategies; 5 years of experience with developing and presenting business cases encompassing operational, financial, and customer impact analyses; 5 years of experience with managing outsourced call centers in different locations; 5 years of experience with setting up and exiting outsourcing agreements; and 5 years of experience with developing and operating digital customer care channels. 10-20% domestic and international travel required.Job location: Long Island City, NY. Rate of Pay: $225,000.00 - $235,000.00 per year.
