We're seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedules, and budgets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling subcontractors, conducting inspections, maintaining quality control, and prioritizing job site safety.

Essential Functions:

• Schedule and coordinate 20+ subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.

• Ensure subcontractors execute their scope of work and promptly address any deficiencies.

• Lead subcontractor and preconstruction meetings to coordinate work effectively.

• Conduct thorough quality control checks on all work performed.

• Identify and communicate conflicts and issues to the project team for resolution.

• Facilitate communication within the project team regarding issues, material submittals, and requests for information (RFIs).

• Maintain a detailed daily log of job site activities using daily reporting software.

• Ensure compliance with local township requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site environment.

• Enforce OSHA and Speedwell Safety Standards among all subcontractors.
